New York State Revokes Rebecca Carley’s Medical License

In 2004, New York State’s Administrative Review Board for Professional Conduct (ARB) revoked the medical license of Rebecca L. Carley, M.D. The proceedings began in 2002 when she was charged with practicing while impaired. In 2003, a hearing committee concluded that she was delusional and recommended that her license be suspended for five years, during which she should undergo psychiatric evaluation and treatment.
